Campy Bitch: Reviving the spirit of 70s Camping.

In 2025, I impulse-bought a 1976 Airstream Argosy.

An iconic piece of history. A questionable financial decision. A total life pivot.

That summer, I poured myself into restoring and transforming Jerry into a space that truly felt like home. I didn’t stress about the broken fridge—I led with sasquatch fabrics and gator wallpaper. Function could wait. Vibe came first.

As I immersed myself in the world of modern camping, something felt off. The gear and accessories were dull and utilitarian—stripped of personality and far removed from the vibrant energy of the summer camping I remembered as a child.

Where were the colorful Melmac dishes, glossy lips, Farrah Fawcett hair, and short shorts? My mom rocked a velour strapless short set, red lips, and freshly curled hair on our campsite—a true style icon—and I knew I had to bring that energy back.

Drawing on decades of experience as a graphic designer, I set out to curate products that blend retro aesthetics with the great outdoors and celebrate camp in every sense of the word. Bold typography, eclectic patterns, and nostalgic references—all infused with a fearless confidence. Campy, to me, means flamboyant, cheeky, and a little bit dramatic. It’s a celebration of individuality and personal style.

Being a Campy Bitch means you’re fabulously cunty by nature. You adore the outdoors but care just as deeply about curating spaces that feel cozy and fun. You swoon over vintage design, adore the iconic National Parks beaver badge, thrift perfectly worn sweatshirts, and decorate your cooler with stickers wherever you venture.

This brand exists to build a community for those who see the outdoors as another venue for self-expression, who believe whimsy deserves its place, and who carry their full personality wherever they wander—campsite, coffee shop, or anywhere in between.

Welcome to Camp.

Campy Bitch is a side project born from my years of graphic design work with Warped Design. While I continue my design work, this venture is my playful dive into side-hustle culture—with plenty of campy fun. Enjoy!
